 Book abstract:The important of the education process to build the graduated citizen as the aimed country plan, each leel of the education process contebute in this building by different adding, in this book we talk gradually who the education management understand the country macro plan to generate citizens compatible with the socio-economic macro plan, by spotting the light of the hush school level roll in building the eimed graduate, then we attached this study by a case study of foreign high school has a curriculum didnt designed coping with the country macro plan, the gradually building of the book components is to show how to build the country macro sochio-economic plan, starting from science call political philosophy, then what is be sumurised in the conistiution as intersict between the socio-economic macro plan and the education role, , then starting to explain how to install this objectives as a learning outcomes through the different education levels, considering the human nurtures and abilities to receive the knowledge. The implementation of this book study, when the book starts asking; DO the Foreign schools in-complete the student building process to achieve the country's education goals?, the case study will answer this question to deepen the understanding.
